3. Technical functions of our clocks
The cuckoo clocks have three different functions, which can be manually adjusted with a switch on the left side of the clock:
-High – The cuckoo call has a high volume sound every hour
-Low – The cuckoo call has a low volume sound every hour
-Off – With the "Off" setting the clock continues to run but the cuckoo bird remains in his house and makes no sound
On the front of the clock- above the number XII - is a light sensor located, which will automatically turn off the sound of the clock when the room gets dark (e.g. at night)
4. Delivery and shipping costs
We send our products with a third-party logistics provider DHL and it will be delivered to the customers given address.

5. Delivery time
Since our clocks are all handmade, the delivery time within Germany is usually about 14 working days.
We will always try to keep the delivery time as short as possible. However shipping outside of Germany can take up to 3-4 weeks.
All prices that are displayed in our online shop are listed in Euro and include statutory value-added tax.
The prices given at the time of the order are the valid prices.
The shipping and handling costs are not included in the prices and will be charged additionally.
7. Returns & shipping charges for returns
The customer can return all Standardized products within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason.
The customers will have to cover the cost of the return. We ask you to send your return to the following address:

Custom-made items are however excluded from return. We ask you to contact us as soon as possible if you have any problems with the custom made product. So far we have been able to find a common solution with our customers. Write us an email under: firstname.lastname@example.org

8. Repayment period
Returns will be processed within 1 week after we receive the product and the refund of the payments will be made within 2 weeks.
Please contact our customer service under email@example.com if the item has been delivered incorrectly or damaged during delivery.
We will try our best to solve the problem immediately.

11. Custom-made clocks
We also produce clocks with individual requirements e.g. special color combinations for our customers. Please send your personal requests
Please note that the delivery time for custom-made products may exceed the 14 days, depending on the capacity of our production. Prices may also differ from the standard models. We cannot give you exact price information until your inquiry has been processed.
